  • Add potatoes to Multipurpose Pot - 12 C of cold salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender. Drain and return to pot.
  • Place pot on low heat. Add cream cheese, milk and Seasoning for Hot Artichoke Dip. Continually stir until cream cheese melts. Remove from heat and mash potatoes, leaving some lumps, if desired.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper.

Tip


 

Tip: To increase fibre content, leave on potato peels.
