Makes: 12 pieces
  • 12 slices French baguette
  • 1 can (6 oz/170 ml) jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp (10 ml)

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to broil. Lay bread slices on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll and, using a spray pump, lightly spray with oil. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Mound 1 Tbsp (15 ml) onto toasted baguette slices and broil until heated through.
