Ingredients


Makes: fills approximately 36 Gyoza for 4 servings
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 C (250 ml) shredded Chinese cabbage or Bok Choy
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) or Epicure Asian Stir-fry Seasoning
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz (225 g) ground pork or ground chicken
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Sweet and Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce, prepared

Preparation


 
  • Heat vegetable oil in a Wok & Glass Lid or a Fry Pan over medium-high heat. Add carrot, garlic, cabbage, Thai or Asian Stir-fry Seasoning and half the onions. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing frequently.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine raw meat with remaining onions, egg white, dipping sauce and stir-fried vegetables.
  • Use to fill Epicure Gyoza - Steamed Dumplings or Potstickers
