Ingredients


Makes: 6 servings
  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb fish fillet, such as halibut, salmon or catfish
  • 1 recipe prepared Dillicious Tzatziki
  • 2 C (500 ml) crushed cereal, such as Cornflakes® or Special K®

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
  • Cut fish into 'fingers'. Spread half of the Tzaziki over fish, then evenly coat with cereal.
  • Place fish on Baking Sheet lined with Bake & Roll. Bake for about 10 minutes (depending on thickness of fish), until topping is crunchy and fish is cooked through.
  • Serve with remaining Tzaziki for dipping.
