chopped Romaine lettuce
1 cup
shredded carrots
1 recipe prepared
Taco Filling, reheated
1 cup
Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 cup
low-fat shredded cheese, your choice

Preparation
  1. Place 2 cups Romaine lettuce in 4 bowls. Top with 14 cup carrots, 1 serving of Taco Filling, 14 cup Salsa and 2 tbsp cheese. Serve.
