Bake in individual Mini Bakers for an impressive appy or entrée. Easy to prep ahead, refrigerate, and pop in a preheated oven for 10 minutes before serving.

large fresh or frozen prawns

fresh or frozen scallops
1 piece (8 oz/225 g)
salmon or white fish
14 cup
melted butter
12 cup
white wine, optional
2 tsp
Seafood & Fish Seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Divide seafood between two mini bakers. Place on parchement-paper lined Sheet Pan.
  3. Drizzle with butter and wine, if desired. Sprinkle Seafood & Fish Seasoning over each.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes. Serve each with a wedge of fresh lemon.
