Preparation


 
  • In Epicure's Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Once pasta is approximately halfway done, heat a Fry Pan on medium-high heat; add olive oil and frozen vegetables.
  • Sprinkle vegetables with Pasta Seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Saute until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Drain cooked pasta, reserving about 1/4 cup (60 ml) pasta water. Stir pasta, butter and reserved water with vegetables in frying pan until pasta is well coated. Serve immediately.

Tip


 

Lighten up: For a lower fat version, reduce the amount of butter.

Tips: Try this with any combination of lightly sauteed fresh vegetables
