Ingredients


Makes: 4 serving
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) icing sugar
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix, or Epicure’s Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), coarsely ground, to taste
  • 1 long English cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds

Preparation


 
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients together.
  • Add cucumber and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
