Delectable chocolate milk for adults.


Ingredients
1 cup
Hot Chocolate, prepared, chilled
2 oz
vodka
1 tbsp
white crème de cacao
1 tsp
Cointreau or Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
ice cubes
fruit skewer, for garnish – optional

Preparation
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain into 2 prepared glasses. Top with fruit garnish.
Tips

Make and chill Hot Chocolate in a pitcher before your cocktail party.

DIY Bar Tip: Set pitcher of Hot Chocolate by liqueur and recipe at your bar. Be sure to make enough chilled Hot Chocolate for expected guests, and rim glasses and prep garnish ahead.

To rim 2 glasses with chocolate:

  1. Melt 12 cup dark Belgian chocolate in a heat-safe bowl in microwave or double boiler.
  2. Pour onto a plate and dip rim of cocktail glasses into chocolate.
  3. Stand glasses upright. Allow chocolate to set, then chill the glasses.
