Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, chicken, pork, or soy
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) low sodium or gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 C (250 ml) homemade or store-bought coleslaw
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Sesame Ginger Dressing, prepared
  • 8 leaves butter or iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) chopped cilantro, optional
  • Won ton crisps, optional

Preparation


 
  • Microwave:
    1. Place beef, seasoning, and soy sauce in a (p.1004212). Microwave for 5 minutes on high.
    - Combine coleslaw and Dressing.
    2. To serve, spoon beef into each lettuce leaf, top with slaw, and garnish with cilantro, if desired. Wrap and enjoy.
  • Stovetop:
    1. Cook beef for 5 minutes in a lightly oiled Fry Pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Meanwhile, combine coleslaw and dressing.
    -3.To serve, spoon beef into lettuce leaf, top with slaw, and garnish with cilantro, if desired. Wrap and enjoy.
