Makes: 4 servings


  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  • Zest the lemon into a 9" x 13" (23 x 33 cm) baking pan. Juice the lemon, add Pasta Seasoning, Salt,Pepper and olive oil.
  • Remove skin from chicken, place in pan and coat with lemon mixture.
  • Arrange the chicken bone side up in the dish and loosely cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil, reduce oven temperature to 350° F (175° C), turn chicken over and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
  • Serve chicken with pan juices.



Tip: Look for air-chilled chicken breasts at your grocery store. Sometimes chicken breasts are plumped up with salt and water causing them to shrink when cooking.Dish up over steamed brown rice and veggies.
