apple sauce, unsweetened

quick oats

mixed greens
34 cup
almond milk

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except toppings. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Top with your choice of toppings, if desired, and serve.
Tips

Optional topping choices:

1 green apple or banana, sliced thinly

1–2 tbsp roasted nuts or seeds

1–2 tbsp homemade granola
