Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 salmon fillets (4.5 oz/130 g) each, each about 1” thick
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp (30-45 ml) Salmon Rub

Preparation


 
  • Preheat grill to medium high.
  • Lightly brush salmon with oil; season with rub.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Grill, skin-side down, with lid closed for 8 min.

Tip


 

Tip: Since the grill is on anyway, grill up thickly sliced red onion rings and zucchini rounds.
