Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 3 large oranges, peeled and sliced, or segmented
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) sliced green olives
  • 1 iceberg lettuce or butter crunch lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces

Preparation


 
  • Whisk first 3 ingredients in a salad bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients in order listed.
  • Toss with dressing to coat. Prepare salad 15 minutes before serving to allow flavours to develop.
