Serve with 1 cup steamed green beans and 1 cup rice.
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp 2% yogurt
2 lbs (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together seasoning, lime juice, and yogurt.
- Add chicken to bowl and coat with sauce. Arrange on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Roast 15–18 min, or until cooked.
