Chocolate Chia Chai Energy Bar

Ingredients
180 g blanched almonds
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup dates
1⁄2 cup raisins
1⁄4 cup chia seeds
1⁄4 cup flax seeds
2 tsp Chai spice
1⁄4 cup nut butter
2 tbsp honey
Preparation
- Blend first seven ingredients in a food processor.
- Melt nut butter and honey in microwave, drizzle over mixture in food processor.
- Pulse mixture until all ingredients are blended.
- Divide mixture evenly between sections in a Perfect Petites. Press in lightly. Refrigerate until firm.
- Flip petites onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out energy bars.
