Crab and Lemon Fettuccine

Simple seafood with a light lemon zing. It's time to change up pasta night!
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) fettuccine
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium bell pepper
1 small onion
2 tbsp Crab Dip Mix
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest, optional
2 cans (4 oz/120 g) crab meat
Preparation
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions in a pasta pot. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
- While pasta cooks, heat oil in Wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pepper, onion and Crab Dip Seasoning for 3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, cooked fettuccine, reserved liquid and crab meat. Toss to coat and serve hot.
