1⁄2 brick (8 oz/255 g) plain cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp milk, your choice
5 – 6 celery stalks, washed and trimmed
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with milk and whole food topper. Add more milk for a creamier texture.
- Spoon cream cheese into celery sticks. Cut on the diagonal into 1” diamond-shaped pieces. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, top with more whole food topper, as desired.
To effortlessly fill celery, spoon cream cheese into a plastic zip lock bag, cut the corner off and squeeze into stalk. You can also use a piping bag!
To quickly soften cream cheese, cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Microwave on medium heat for 10–15 sec intervals until soft.
