Marinating makes everything better! Infuse a great cut with bold flavour in as little as 30 minutes.
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 lbs (900 g) strip steak
- Add first 3 ingredients to a sealable, food-safe plastic bag. Add steak, seal bag and marinate in refrigerator.
- Preheat grill, or grill pan, to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak and discard marinade. Grill for 16–20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until cooked to taste.
- Allow steak to rest for a minimum of 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
