olive oil
1 tsp

cumin (ground)

Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, curry powder, and cumin.
  3. Brush both sides of pita breads with above mixture.
  4. Stack pita and cut into 8 pieces.
  5. Place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Make sure pita do not overlap.
  6. Grind salt and pepper over all.
  7. Bake 8 - 10 min or until golden and crisp. Serve hot or at room temperature.
