Not just for wings! The Buffalo flavours of cayenne pepper, garlic, onion, herbs and spices make a delicious seasoning for potatoes.
6 large potatoes, cut into wedges
3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
- In a large mixing bowl, coat potato wedges in oil. Add Buffalo Wing Seasoning.
- Toss well to coat. Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Bake for 18-20 min.
