In-season asparagus pairs perfectly with protein and omega 3 rich salmon in this fast family-friendly sheet pan meal. 


Ingredients
12 lb (225 g)
asparagus spears
12 tbsp
oil
12 tbsp
SPG SeasoningSPG Seasoning
12 lb (225 g)
salmon filet
12 tbsp

Toppings (optional): Capers (drained & rinsed), sliced lemon

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line 14 Sheet Pan with 14 Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Trim asparagus spears. Place on one side of sheet pan; combine with oil and SPG Seasoning.
  3. Place fish beside asparagus. Season with Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning.
  4. Bake until fish is cooked, about 15 min.
Tips

Swap asparagus with garden fresh veggies—try green beans or zucchini.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 cup cooked rice.
