Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 recipe prepared Asian Lettuce Wraps, cooked beef
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Minced Garlic
  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh or frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) cornstarch
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) prepared
  • chili peppers, optional

Preparation


 
  • Heat an Wok & Glass Lid or Fry Pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add beef and Minced Garlic. Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes. Add broccoli.
  • Whisk together cornstarch and Vegetable Broth and add to pan.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for approximately 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp and sauce thick. Add chili peppers, if desired. Serve.

Tip


 

Tip: Serve on a bed of steamed brown rice. Also delicious served hot or cold with noodles, or in a wrap.
