Makes: 12 — 2 oz (56 ml) Ice Pops

Preparation


 
  • Prepare Chocolate Pudding according to package directions. Chill for only 5 minutes to let the bubbles settle.
  • Pour into Penguin Pal Ice Pop Molds and freeze for 4 hours.

Flavour Changers:• Nut Butter Parfait: Add 2 Tbsp (30 ml) of your favourite nut butter. Roll in chopped nuts after freezing.• Banana Split: Add ½ cup (125 ml) chopped banana and 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped peanuts• Chocolate Berry: Fold in 1 cup (250 ml) berries• Irish Cream: Add 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Bailey’s Irish Cream• Mocha: Replace 1 cup (250 ml) milk with 1 cup (250 ml) chilled coffee• Black Forest: Add 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) almond extract, 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Kahlua or other coffee flavoured liqueur, and ½ cup (125 ml)pitted cherries
