Ingredients


Makes: 12 slices
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 (9 in/23 cm) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) whipping cream
  • 1 recipe prepared Summer Berry Fruit Dip
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) mixed fresh or frozen berries

Preparation


 
  • Spread raspberry jam evenly across the bottom of graham cracker crust. Prepare Summer Berry Fruit Dip and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
  • Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form and fold into prepared Summer Berry Fruit Dip. Spoon whipping cream mixture into prepared crust, smooth top with a small silicone spatula and arrange berries overtop. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Allow tart to sit at room temperature for approximately 5 minutes before serving.
