Ingredients


Makes: 40 cookies
  • 1 3/4 C (430 ml) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) baking soda
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 C (250 ml) butter
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 C (750 ml) rolled oats
  • 1 C (250 ml) dried berries

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and apple pie spice.
  • Cream butter, sugars and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in oats until well-combined. Fold in dried berries.
  • Drop dough by heaping teaspoonful 3” apart onto on an Sheet Pan lined with an Bake & Roll. Lightly flatten cookies with the palm of your hand.
  • Bake for 10–12 min, or until lightly browned at edges.
