This is a good choice for when you need a quick-fix pasta and a great chance to use up any leftovers that need a home! Stir in cooked chicken or fish and any vegetables too.


Ingredients
1 lb (450 g)
small pasta shells or other bite-sized pasta
14 cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
14 cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Sea Salt
Black Pepper

Preparation
  1. In a Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta until al dente, 6–8 minutes.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl, combine olive oil with seasoning and Parmesan.
  3. Drain pasta and stir into oil mixture. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with Salt and Pepper.
