Makes 1 cheese ball (approx. 20 servings)
  • 1 C (250 ml) grated white cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 gr) brick light cream cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) coarsely chopped smoked salmon
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) chives

Preparation


 
  • Combine first 5 ingredients.
  • Form into a ball or log.
  • Roll in mixed Parmesan, Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, and chives.
